NACC Construction is a licensed construction company operating in Colorado and California and specializes in Renewable Energy, Utility, and Gas and Oil industry construction projects.

Campos Fabrication, a subsidiary of Campos, is located in a state-of-the-art 15,000 sq ft facility in Amherst, NH. It is here that we are proud to offer full turn-key projects that focus on custom-engineered fabrication solutions.
Our new location houses a dedicated team of project managers, engineers, and some of the most talented welders in the region. Production and distribution of high-end custom fabrication will be a team effort and will deliver many benefits to our new and existing clients.

Campos Fabrication (CFAB), a subsidiary of Campos was founded in 2021 in Denver, Colorado by Marco Campos and Matt Campano to bring better fabrication solutions to the utility, power, and oil and gas sectors. We joined the Campos Family of companies comprised of Campos EPC, Campos NACC Construction, Campos CVG Staffing Solutions, Campos Precision, Campos Sage, and Campos MX. Together we serve energy industry professionals in any capacity they may need.
Campos Fabrication is headquartered out of Amherst, New Hampshire, with additional locations in Denver, CO, and Minneapolis, MN providing over 42,000 SQFT of fabrication, Automation, and controls production space. It is at these locations that we are proud to offer full turn-key projects that focus on custom-engineered fabrication and automation solutions. Campos Fabrication provides integrated engineered solutions to our clients whether they need a best-in-class fabricator, or a fully engineered product from concept through commissioning.
All of our locations house dedicated teams of project managers, engineers, and some of the most talented skilled trades in the region with a customer-centered approach that focuses on safety, quality, and cost efficacy. Our Parent CompanyWe are proud to offer full turn-key projects that focus on custom-engineered fabrication solutions. We are proud to support our customers in two locations, a 15,000 sq. ft. facility in Amherst, NH and a 16,000 sq. ft. facility in Denver, CO. Both facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art fabrication equipment capable of handling projects of varying size in both carbon steel and Stainless steel.
Marco Campos is the Founder/Executive Chairman and Chief Culture Officer of Campos Companies and its subsidiaries. He has 20+ years of experience working in a variety of engineering, operations and consulting capacities.
He enjoys philanthropy, particularly in support of women and under-represented minorities pursuing STEM related fields. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed Civil Engineer.
He has four children and a Boxer (Larry) that comes to work with him every day. Marco enjoys bringing an entrepreneurial culture to the business and he is always seeking the next venture. Building business and aligning employees/ individuals to the success they bring is his specialty.
Matt Campano oversees all business activities as President of Campos Fabrication.
Since joining Campos EPC in 2020, Campano served as Director of EPC and Vice President of Eastern Region Operations prior to ascending to this role. During that time, he grew the Eastern Region to include the opening of four (4) new regional offices in Tampa, Baton Rouge, Charlotte, and Amherst. In 2021, he also co-founded Campos Fabrication and has been dedicated to the growth of Campos Fabrication into a code shop. He has decades of senior executive-level experience and sat on the Board of Directors for the Utility Contractors of New England.
Ed Overholt is the Vice President of Operations for Campos Fabrication. Since first joining Campos EPC in 2018, Overholt founded and served as the Regional Director of the Minneapolis office. During this time, Overholt grew the Minneapolis Region to include over 34 employees, and not only grew our pipeline workstream, but developed our team to execute integrity management, facilities design, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Project Management Office (PMO), peak shaving operations, renewables, and EPC workstreams supporting some of the largest capital initiatives for our clients. Ed was promoted in 2024 to lead and oversee all operational activities for Campos Fabrication.
The Campos Foundation’s mission is to elevate underrepresented minority and female students through STEM education initiatives.
